I have a IR1101 Router which is not being discovered/added in our CSPC 2.10.0.1. It gives us the following error:Status: ExcludedMessage: Not managed because the platform is not available in Include Platform definition  

I was granted access to SNTC and received an email from cisco. It has been more than 24 hours and I am still unable to access the portal.
