CSPC 2.10 - Initial Appliance Configuration Failed

Hi,
we got a problem when trying to set DNS config, Timezone, NTP server and Hostname the configuration failed, showing us the message failed to execute, null for every entry as shows on the print attached.

Hi Nickolas,

Sharing the Keynotes of today’s WebEx session-

• Now, we were able to login to adminshell
• Ping the DNS IP and the Ip was responsive
• Asked the customer to enter one DNS IP for testing and it came out successful
• Customer entered three more DNS Ips and NTP server IP which was successfully configured
• Customer mentioned that the collector took DHCP IP
• Changed the settings in ifcfg-eth0 to static configuration
• Rebooted the collector
• Collector now has the IP given by the customer
