Hello, there’s been a recent increase in the number of posts concerning third-party account lockouts in Duo Mobile. Third-party accounts such as Instagram or Facebook are those which you set up and protect yourself (as opposed to Duo-protected accounts that are managed by an administrator for an organization such as a workplace or school).
