SNTC page stuck in loop

Hello, 

We are trying to provide access to the portal, for the end customer, but whenever we try to access, we are redirected to the page:

The profile is active and complete without any issues, and the contract is already associated with the profile. Is there anything that still needs to be done? Can you help us with this issue?

I have checked the Information you provided in the Private message and the user has the correct role Added and A manual SYNC is required to show the changes in the SNTC portal due to Bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCwh03453 .
Once the Manual sync get completed, I will let you know.

please try accessing the SNTC portal www.services.cisco.com one more time and let me know.
