List hunt pilot in corp. directory

I've seen two suggestions for adding a hunt pilot to the corporate directory. Create a local user in CUCM or a user in the LDAP directory.

I first added the hunt pilot to the LDAP directory but I can't import it because the hunt pilot number is also the number of a call handler.

This hunt pilot is already an enabled local user but none of our enabled local users display in the directory.

You mean the user which you created on the AD is not updated on CUCM after the SYNC ?

check if the user has a last name mentioned on AD. User will not be imported if it has only first name in AD.

Your call handler extension and the user sync has no relation.

Can you explain a bit more about the setup and the use case  ?
