IP phone not registered

Hello, 

Q1: I have configured IP phones in CUCM GUI but it says IP phones are not registered. 

CUCM v11.0 

Phone models: 8865, 8851, 8811, 7821 and DX-70.

 

Q2: And also i had a backup I couldn't apply and restore it

 

Please assist me on this? possible problem and solution

Make sure that phones are properly configured, there is connectivity and that they have the right IP config

Look at the messages on the phones for clues.

For DRS, review the DRS guide and make sure you meet the requirements to restore your backup.
