Hello,

User wants phone forwarded after 3 rings to go to an external phone number.

Using cisco cucm - System version: 12.5.1.15900-66

How can i setup a sort of CPG to forward to an external cellphone?

On the DN Configuration Page configure Call Forward No Answer to target the cellphone number and configure the line with a CSS that has access to a PSTN route pattern matching the number. (So, if the PSTN route pattern requires a '9' add the 9 to the forwarding number field). Be sure to also uncheck the Voicemail box.
