User unable to enroll in offline

I have tried to post this issue, but I keep getting an error that I cannot exceed 5 links, yet I have 0 links in the text I tried to post. I have attached a picture of a text document containing my issue. My apologies for having to do it that way, but the system seems to have an issue with me posting it like a normal person.

Thank you for that document. The final issue ended up being the users clock on their mobile. It was off by 2 minutes. Once we sorted that out, the Offline enrollment went off without a hitch.
