I lost my phone and also lost the reserve code, I’m not able to access my instagram because I couldn’t restore the duo account

Hi Vincinius, If you no longer have your recovery code for Instagram, and you did not back up your account on Duo Mobile using Duo Restore for Third-Party Accounts you’ll need to work with the Instagram support team to prove your identity and regain access there. We don’t have the ability to unlock or access your personal accounts. Please see the steps specific to Instagram at the end of this article for how to get more help on this
