I am user with customer administrator role but still unable to get access to EOX API . When in try API request I get eh below 403 Forbidden error. Do let me know if any other details is needed.

I have registered for SNTC Portal , inorder to get access to cisco PAI services but still unable to get access.SNTC Portal always redirects to New registration page. Even if i try to register again the , I getting a message like user already register...

Hi,What will happens if someone manually reset the stack master switch? Does the slave become a master switch? What will happens to the original stake master switch after the factory reset and lost the configuration?

"Same Laptop", We shipped it from Hong honk to Singapore location. In Hongkong it was not working but in Singapore it worked

Hi Jesus, Thanks for the suggestion. Our concern is same laptop gets connected to same SSID in one of our location which is also flex connect to the same WLC. Any suggestion on that?

Hi Marce,FT is always disabled in SSID. we will work on the other 2 suggestions. Thanks
