SNTC showing wrong end date for active contract

Our main support contract is listed in SNTC but it's stuck showing last year's end-of-coverage date. The contract number, status, and items are correct, and it shows up in the "covered items" report, but it shows an expired end date. This makes it impossible to accurately track in the portal. We know the contract is good as we just got through a review with our renewals specialist.

 

Is there a way to get SNTC to update its data?
