We have an issue where the upload is received via the portal, but shows no devices collected/no data received.
We have since did the default full pss collection which all looks good from the collector, but we see the latest upload status is stuck on Received, this has been the status on the portal for the past 3 hours.
Is there any reason for this? should I replace the cert or is it something on the Cisco back end?

Now, The upload status has been changed to SUCCESS from RECEIVED. I would want you to cross verify from your end & get back to us if any further assistance is required on this or related to other matters. thankyou!
