Hi,
I'm already registered to the SNTC portal, however I'm still not allowed to access it. My username is EnriqueDavila2098 or my email address is enrique.davila@voseda.com
Am I missing something? Or is there a process to open a ticket?

I had to manually Sync the database please log out clear cache and try again.

Hi adias!
Yes, now I can access the portal. I have a couple of questions, within the company (Voseda) we have different users, all of them are seeing different information. The users are:
israel.gonzalez@voseda.com
EnriqueDavila2098
MarioSotres8207
raquirozqp
I'd expect to see same info, is there something we need to do in order to sync all users? Should I open a new discussion?
