Post the complete output to the command "sh version".

Sh version command will show last device reboot time but i want to know its reboot 5 times in an hour how to find

Look at the downstream switch directly-connected to the router.  What does the "sh log" of the downstream switch say?

Down stream switch shows link is down

Is the router configured for syslog? 

Otherwise, there is no other method of finding out the time of outages.
