Zoom callrec admin user is locked.

Hello!

I have zoom callrec 7.0.11 and my admin account is blocked. Can some body show me the way how to enable it. I think that web admin account is different than linux admin account. I cheked linux admin account and its not locked

Would that question not be better to ask on a Zoom support forum/community? Not very likely that you would get all that much help on this in a Cisco community.

Zoom International rebranded as Elevēo to avoid confusion with the other Zoom.

It has been years but I vaguely recall this requiring a SQL command from the CLI to recover access. I suggest reaching out to their support team for assistance.
