Hi Guys,
I am trying to seup RTMT email alert in my lab environment.cucm version : 6.0.1.2000-4
*In Callmanager: Configured SMTP server in the OSadmin.
*In RTMT: Configured email server and alert action.
*Confirmed that the smtp server I am using is working ok with couple of test accounts.
*In the alert central page and the bottom pane it shows email sent. Collected the AMCservice Alertlog and it has logs showing the same.
*Using smtp server's IP instead of hostname in the RTMT and CUCM OS admin SMTP setting.
*In the mail server , firewall turned off and it is set to accept email without from field.
*All Performace and monitoring services are running in cucm.
But emails are not coming through. Is there anything I am missing ?

thanks Alex , it was issue with domian config in the callmanager. I didnt have FQDN name in the Domain parameter under DNS ( show network eth0 options) . Changed it now and all working,
