Unable to get into duo account

Hi, I have been unable to get into my accounts due to having 2 factor on through duo, I had reset my iPhone to factory settings without thinking, I still have the same number email and phone as before when I used the app, does anyone know how I can get back my accounts without an Apple ID backup available
