Recovery app data on a new phone

Hi, changed my mobile phone, when I tried to log in to my instagram account that request my security code, so I installed de duo app on my new phone but I can’t recovery my account data. I had an android phone and now I have an iphone. I hope you can help me

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to restore Duo Mobile to a different platform (iOS to Android or vice versa), so you will have to manually recover your accounts.
