How to get beck my removable accounts

I mistakenly removed my Facebook and Instagram account while trying to restore it back to my new device. and I don’t have the access to both accounts. Please help!

I moved your post to the Duo Mobile app forum because it seems like your question concerns how to restore the application to your mobile device.

When you say you “removed my Facebook and Instagram account” do you mean you deleted them from your accounts list in Duo Mobile? If so, unfortunately there is no way to recover accounts to your Duo Mobile application. Once manually deleted, accounts in Duo Mobile are permanently gone with no process for restoration, as explained in this help article.
