Multicast stream issue - Cisco DNA Center

Hi,

We have faced a Multicast issue in one of our site. we are running a Cisco DNA center (Ver: 2.3.3.5) and cisco 9407 switches (ver: 17.9.3) in our Edge switches.

Now we have meeting rooms in our site and our audio/video team complaint that they were not able to stream video for 1-2 hours and now it started working, what could be the issue as Multicast & L2 flooding was already enabled for the vlan and was working fine before.

can someone please share some troubleshooting steps because I am a little new to the DNA center world.

When troubleshooting multicast is very important to define the following:
What and where is the source sending this multicast traffic? Inside the fabric or outside?
What is the multicast group you want to troubleshoot?
Is the receiver inside the fabric or outside the fabric?
Is the multicast traffic TTL=1 or greater than one?
Are you using Multicast Headend Replication or Native Multicast in that VRF/VN?
