300-415 - Implementing Cisco SD-WAN Solutions - English (ENU) EXAM

I had booked an appointment for the SD WAN exam on 28-04-2024, then 23-04-2024 i rescheduled my exam to 30th-04-2024. Unfortunately, i cannot see my appointment, what could be wrong?

I engaged them via email, however I have to wait for upto 48hrs to get
feedback. It feels like ages, waiting to know my fate and the USD 300.00!!!

It’s possible that the rescheduling process did not complete correctly, resulting in your appointment not being updated in the system. Double-check your email for any confirmation or rescheduling notifications. If you didn't receive any, it's likely the reschedule wasn't processed. Contact the exam provider's support team immediately to verify your appointment status and ensure your exam is correctly rescheduled for 30-04-2024.
