VLAN over Wireless Bridge (Cisco Aironet 1562e)

Hi Everyone, 

I was hoping someone could help me with the configuration of Cisco Aironet 1562e Wireless Bridge. I have three cisco Aironet 1562e in which I would like to setup in three separate buildings. Each building will have a Cisco Cat 9300 and the AP Trunked on one of the ports. I was able to setup the Wireless Bridge using the following link but I'm having a problem with VLAN's communicating to the other Switches and vice versa.

Here is what I am trying to accomplish. all the AP's and Switches are on VLAN 30. Everything communicate on Vlan 30 but I can not get Vlan 10 or 20 to to communicate in building 2 or 3 or back to Building 1. I've also setup DHCP on Vlan 10 and it's not carrying over to Building 2 switch or Building 3 when I plug a computer into the port. I have enabled Bridging on the AP, which work on Vlan 30 but not 10 or 20. Please let me know if you have any quesitons or can help me with this scenario. 

Build 1 - CAT 9300 - AP (Root) - Vlan 10(Client), Vlan 20 (Server) , VLAN 30 (Network Management)  . Vlans allowed through Trunk port. Native Vlan 30 is configured on the Trunk Port 

Build 2 - CAT 9300 - AP(Flex-Bridge) - Vlan 10(Client), Vlan 20 (Server) , VLAN 30 (Network Management) -   Vlans allowed through Trunk port. Native Vlan 30 is configured on the Trunk Port 

Build 3 - CAT 9300 - AP(Flex-Bridge) - Vlan 10(Client), Vlan 20 (Server) , VLAN 30 (Network Management) - Vlans allowed through Trunk port. Native Vlan 30 is configured on the Trunk Port

Are you doing local or central switching?

We are currently trying to setup the controller on the root AP, which is based off the link that I have provided. Everything works on the Vlan 30 but we can't get anything to pass from the other Vlans. Not sure if that is a limitation based on the controller being on the AP rather than a separate WLC. Is that potentially our problem. We do have a 2504 controller we can potentially use.
