client take too long to get IP after Posture

Have you experience taking too long for the client to get a IP after the posturing in ISE?

On anyconnect network message history in wireless client device, it takes more than 30 sec on acquiring IP address state connecting on 9800 wlc. In aireos, this takes only less than 10sec.
