I had incorrectly updated the firmware of Cisco Air-cap3602i-a-k9.not updated properly 

now not responding in GUI only CLI mode through PUTTY 

and reload itself how i can restore and upgrade with latest firmware

blinking red and green i pressed mode button to restore not responding

You most likely need to find the firmware now and upload it to the ap via ROMMON mode.  Search the internet for, "Cisco AP common firmware" and you will find guides and videos on how to perform this.  Again, if you don't have support, you will not be able to download the image you need.  You will need a console cable also to execute commands.
