Stand Alone Phones for Extension Mobility in Webex Control Hub

Hi,

My customer wishes to have 10 stand alone 6821 desk phones that have a virtual line with hotelling enabled so that users that are sharing desks can log in and out of.

Now I know how to build and assign a virtual line, set a device and a user up with hotelling, its more so how to register a phone that is not assigned to a user.

A work space it seems that you can only add one device to, but in theory I need 10. Is it a case that i need to create a work space per phone or is there a way of registering multiple devices that share the same virtual line as its primary number (which wont be used to call out or into

The workspace supports only one device. In your case, you need to create 10 workspaces for 10 devices.
