Install Esxi 6.7 u3 in UCS 220 M6S

I need to install ESXi 6.7 U3 in UCS 220 M6S with local storage. Any tips or gotchas? Any help full articles? I also need to configure it at Ciso Intersight level. Where can I download custom iso image? Can we install in local hard drive also or only on ssd? Help will be appreciated.
