I am having the below issue in the installation of cucm:

Have you applied correct OVA for it ? and on which hardware you are trying to install ? You can configure a serial port in vm and can collect logs for further analysis. Suresh

Along with the recommendation of using only Cisco OVAs, are you sure you configure all the network parameters correctly (and also if using DNS, etc.), and that you're using the right vSwitch on ESXi??
