Data Synchronization goes blank and RTMT

When I use https://svh-uccx-pub.ahs.healthcare.root/appadmin/main
Go to Subsystems\Cisco Unified CM Telephony\Data Synchronization
to check data, Triggers the screen will scroll and then go blank.
If there's a fix for this I would like to know what it is

Otherwise, I seem to recall I could see the same thing in Real Time Monitoring Tool, but I can find where it is.
Could someone point me to where it is?
