NAT with Static routing and Dynamic Routing

If i configure multiple routers with different networks with static routing or OSPF or BGP and edge router interface connecting internet as IP add dhcp 

How do i PAT traffic from inside to outside?

I should be able to ping internet from all the routers and pc 

Any article will be helpful please find the attachment.

Permit <subet need to NAT>

As you can see above even if WAN interface get it IP via PPPoE or DHCP we can use interface itself in NAT not IP it get.

Basic thing, make sure the end device able to reach the Internet router Inside interface by pinging.

How do i PAT traffic from inside to outside?   - i take this as you looking to do NAT for the inside network to outside networks.
