Nexus 9000, SFP

Switch Model: Nexus9000 93180YC-EX

SFP: SFP-10/25G-CSR-S 

When plugging the SFP into 1/3 on the switch, it does not light up...here's what the log shows:

2020 Mar 16 12:54:25 Core-N93180-SW1 %ETHPORT-5-IF_HARDWARE: Interface Ethernet1/3, hardware type changed to No-Transceiver
2020 Mar 16 12:54:25 Core-N93180-SW1 %ETHPORT-5-IF_DOWN_NONE: Interface Ethernet1/3 is down (Transceiver Absent)

Has anyone ran into this issue?  Can you provide insight?  Thanks!

As per Optic concern it is supported - hope this is cisco one right not 3rd party ?

As per the Logs, it was when removed SFP -

Switch also support 1 to 10GB various speeds, how about plug in other port than 1/3 ?

does it give anything with the output of the show int e1/3 trans ? when its in the port
