Hi

Please help me. We are using Cisco Catalyst 3750 as a core switch. Any suggestion what would be the model if we will replace it? Thank you!

You will need to provide us with more useful information other than this.

  • What is your budget?
  • How many ports do you need?  Copper, Fibre Optic?
  • PoE
  • Speed needed?  100 Mbps (or slower), 1-, 10-, 25-, 40-, 100 Gbps?
  • Layer 2 or Layer 3?
  • If Layer 3, what routing protocols are you using?

  • What is your budget? Tight budget
  • How many ports do you need?  24 Ports, Copper
  • Speed needed?  Same with the 3750 Gig interface
  • Layer 2 or Layer 3? Multi layer
  • If Layer 3, what routing protocols are you using? OSPF and Static Routing

Catalyst 9200/9200L is the "cheapest" model that can do OSPF & Static Routing.

I think Cisco sell page recommends any c9000 series switches as a replacement for 3750s.  You just have to pick one that meet you demands.
