Umbrella + SDWAN SIG Credentials Error

Hello Community,

Have you ever seen this error before?

This is happening after I fill up the information for SIG credentials and click on Get Key.

Internet connectivity is working fine, no issue.

I am using a virtual Edge in Azure.

Hi Jonas -

GET Keys assumes that your Umbrella Credentials and Cisco SD-WAN SA/VA [smart account][virtual account] credentials are the same.
When this GET Keys option is used, vManage will fetch the below parameters from the Cisco Umbrella portal:

* Org ID
* Reg. Key
* Secret

To fetch these parameter, vManage uses your SA credentials to connect to the Umbrella portal.

If not, please enter the values, manually.

HTH.

Thanks for replying svemulap@cisco.com .

The account being used is the same, for Umbrella Dash as well SA credentials in vManage dashboard, however, the issue is still the same.

Now I was able to stablish the IPSEC tunnel from vEdge to Umbrella. Created Firewall Policy and it's working fine, but for DNS Policy, it does not work.

I still facing te same issue above.

See also below some tshoot.

For IPSEC Tunnel

Do you have any idea what could be the issue?

@jonas.resende

What is the issue now ?
It is not clear from your screenshots and from description.
... as not same as your original issue, which is on SIG Credentials.

When you say DNS policy is not working, please share details.

You can also, open a Cisco TAC case, so you can get the assistance needed.

HTH

Sorry for mistake.

Now I have two issues, the first one that I mentioned about error when try to register the API Key credentials.

The second is related to the Umbrella Tunnels that is not working as must be.

I opened the case with TAC and waiting for the response.
