Ping issues between Cisco 6500 and Nexus 7000

We have recently setup new DC's with nexus switches and the existing infrastructure is having cat6500 with OTV (Using ASR  1000) to extend the vlan's to new DC's.We are having issues with ping timeouts and packet losses between nexus 7000 and cisco 6500 devices.

If i try to ping from nexus switch to PC located in cisco 6500 infrastructure i am seeing Packet loss

If i try to ping from PC located in cisco 6500 infrastructure to server located in  nexus infrastructure i am seeing Packet loss

How to troubleshoot this issue

That is very broad problem, you need to narrow it down a little bit.

Can you attach a topology of N7K and 6500? then would start from there.
