IP SLA where it should wait for 3 minutes before making changing route

@ all, How can we create IP SLA tracking where if primary link goes down and target IP becomes unreachable, it should keep on checking for 3 minutes and if still down, it should mark it down and change the route to backup link.

I see threshold and timeout has defined range below 5 or 6 sec.

Thanks Sir....I saw delay options also has some time limitations, what's the max that I can set.

And when i Put this delay command, suppose if in 2 minutes the SLA gets the reachability to target, again it will reset the delay for 3 minutes on next unreachability.....is that correct?

Max time for delay you can config 
Delay value, in seconds. The range is from 0 to 180. The default is 0.
