We intend to integrate DUO with our single sign-on system,but our working PCs are without Internet connection.
Is there a way to authenticate with DUO without accessing Internet?

In order to complete nearly all forms of Duo two-factor authentication, the device you are using must be able to contact the Duo cloud service. If the access device does not have internet access, it is most likely unable to do so. So the answer to your question in most cases is “no.”
However, there is an exception to this. Our Windows Logon/Microsoft RDP integration features Offline Access, which allows you to securely access your Windows systems even when they are unable to contact Duo. However, since you are talking about SSO, offline access for Windows Logon may be of limited use to you.
