Duo Access Gateway on Windows Certificate issue

We installed windows server and currently at the stage to install the certificate, we purchased a Godaddy standard SSL cert to be installed.
When we reach the stage to bind the certificate the certificate does not show up.

Anyone encountered this issue before

Also do I need to generate a csr from the DAG server?

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

Hi @Chenderson,

You shouldn’t need to generate a CSR but I would make sure that you’re importing the public&private key as a PFX. If the two aren’t present I don’t believe IIS will let you pick it for binding.
