VMS2.2 IDS MC error message

When I select the sensor group and it will show "Problem with File /WEB-INF/screens/sensorgroup.jsp!!!null "

So, I can't use MC

This error could be due to java corruption . Follow these steps:

1. Go to the control panel --> add / remove programs --> select all versions of JRE

2 Remove all versions of JRE.

3.Then reboot the machine.

4. Log back into the VMS server and this will download a fresh copy of JRE.

Then try to add your sensor again.
