ICMP Redirect

icmp redirect is work only if R1 see that R2 have better metric than it to forward traffic. 
so config same destination in both R1 and R2 and increase the metric in R1.

But what if PC2 has GW: 10.2.0.1 and is pinging to network at 10.3.0.0/255.255.0.0 ?

I don't know which commands to use to set the default gateways
