"The password incorrect. Try again."

Hello, we had a few users get this error yesterday in our windows 11 environment. They are inputting their correct windows network username and password, approving the Duo push from their phone and then it displays this screen:


The only workaround we’ve found is clicking on “switch user” or rebooting their machine. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
