Hi @Cfaith, sorry to hear you are having trouble accessing your account. When you delete an account from the Duo Mobile app, it does not remove 2FA from your account. That must be done directly from the account side itself instead (i.e., Coinbase in this case). Please take a look at what to do in these cases when you are locked out: https://help.duo.com/s/article/5640 If you have a recovery code for your Coinbase account, you may be able to regain access that way. Otherwise, you’ll need to contact Coinbase customer support for help with this, as Duo does not have access to your account itself or the ability to disable 2FA for your accounts.
