With big digging in to logs i have resolved the case.

1. checking event logs only gave me below message.

Product: Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client -- Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action VACon64_ndis6_Install, location: C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\VACon64.exe, command: -install "C:\Program Files (x86)\Cisco\Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client\\vpnva-6.inf" VPNVA

2. then refreshed root certificated which may block unsigned/expired drivers

3. next step was to check drivers installation logs. and found below things.

4. checking driver store file repository gave some hints about old drivers installed for same name. then removed them using pnputil.

https://thegeekpage.com/clean-driverstore-filerepository/

5. after deleting old drivers. shutdown pc and start again.

6. installation success. i tested 4.7,4.9 and 4.10 in windows 11

Hi @Kasun Bandara Windows 11 support was introduced in AnyConnect 4.9, so I doubt it will work with 4.7.

I suggest try installing 4.9 or even better 4.10.

@rob Still have the same issue with version 10

Upgrade to Anyconnect 4.10

@Rob Ingram @Ken Stieers I have tried 4.9 and 4.10 installers but still getting same issue. any idea where to check?

i see below log in event viewer.
