Duo Win Logon Offline authentication

We are implementing Duo Win Logon authentication for a group of users who will be accessing multiple machines. We are seeking the most efficient method for managing offline authentication. During our testing, when an enrolled user logs in to a new device and is prompted to enable offline authentication, selecting to enroll generates a new entry in the Duo application. How can we effectively handle offline authentication for multiple devices without creating separate entries for each machine?

Each user you wish to have offline access to a given machine needs to complete offline setup on that machine. By current design there must be separate entries created for each machine.
