Hi Team,
Last week I lost my phone, now I have a new one. After installing DUO and restore back my account but can’t connect them back to get the code.
Now I am unable to log in on all my accounts added on DUO.
Please assist

Oh no, I’m sorry to hear you lost your phone! What type of accounts are you using with Duo Mobile? For third-party accounts like Instagram or Facebook, you have to set a recovery password in Duo Mobile on your old device in order to be able to restore them from a backup.

Hi I can’t reconnect my duo account, I can’t log into any of my accounts, it says “error check security code and try again”
Please What do I do?
