Is the API on the ACI always-on stable?

Trying to use the API to test a few things and get denied requests very often

You just need to have some patient as it is a shared environment.

This is often seen in the always on sandboxes, the UI will use the same resources as the API and often many request, actions to the devices slows this down or prevents a response. Switch to the reservation based devices for better performance.
