WebEx- Using Boards with WebEx meeting

I have hosted WebEx meeting and teams and trying to use a new 55 board with scheduled meetings. I can't seem to figure out how to include and am an admin for the site. Suggestions?

Hi there

 

I assume you have a Webex hybrid setup and want to register the Webex board in the Control Hub. The below document is the guide for the same.

On a high level

  1. Create an end user in CUCM or LDAP (LDAP sync CUCM) with email address, configured Directory URI, HomeCluster enabled, Enabled Mobility, CCM Enduser permissions,CTI Enabled, Standard CTI, Allow Control of Phones Supporting Connected Xfer and conf
  2. Add a Directory Number and assign the Directory URI (same with enduser)
  3. In Control Hub (admin.webex.com), add Place and Device
  4. You have to add the ccmend user mail id and calender mailbox here (Calendar Integration and OBTP aka One Button To Push)
  5. Register the Device with the Authorization code
