How to change registered CISCO account thats related to my CSC Profile

Hello
I have dual cisco accounts(former /current employee), my main CSC account is registered to my OLD works email so I wish to change it WITHOUT losing my CSC history, I have raised this issue in the past and as a result nearly lost everything.
So can you advise who I can contact to change my active CSC profile to a new private email address and not lose any CSC history because of that change?
