Cisco Partners (and Cisco internal) ~

ACTION REQUESTED:

    1. [Partners Only] Ensure that you are opted in to receive email from Cisco.  If your Cisco.com login (CCO ID) is opted out, invitations will not be sent – even if you subscribe in step 3.
      1. Visit Partner Self Service:  http://www.cisco.com/go/pss.
      2. Select the My Profile tab.
      3. Scroll to the Cisco Communications section; set "I would like to receive Cisco communications by email" to "Yes"; check at least one interest, then click Submit to save the change.
    1. [Partners Only] Ensure that you have a CCO ID with partner-level access.  If your CCO ID does not have partner-level access, you will NOT be able to register for these eventsFor more information, please peruse https://partnersuccess.cisco.com/becomeapartner.  For issues or questions, you can contact the Partner Relationship Team at 800-GO-CISCO (option 5 > option 2 > option 1).

Q: Can Cisco internal subscribe?
A: Yes. Cisco internal are more than welcome to subscribe. However, please note that some events are not available for Cisco internal registration.

Q: Can partners in other theatres subscribe to the Americas invitation lists?
A: Yes. Global partners are more than welcome to subscribe. However, please note that events are scheduled with the content, time zones, holidays, etc. relevant to the Americas in mind.

Q: Is there a subscription page for partner training events in Europe (EMEAR)?

Q: Is there a subscription page for partner training events in Asia (APJC)?

Q: What about other training invitation lists that I'm on?
A: This subscription page (https://xpert.cisco.com/subscribe/61) is specific to events with registration created by the Americas Partner Organization (APO) Enablement Program Manager (EPM) Team.

Q: Is there a calendar for Americas training events?
UPDATED A: Yes. https://salesconnect.cisco.com/americaspartnercommunity/s/enablement-training-calendar. Please note that some events are invitation-only, or intended for specific audiences.  These events may not appear on any public calendars. And the invitation may be sent to targeted lists, only.

NEW Q:  I'm subscribed to APO training invitation lists, but I'm not receiving any invitations.
NEW A:  Please double-check items 1-3 above.  If you are opted in to receive email from Cisco, if your CCO ID has partner-level access, and if you are subscribed, and you are not receiving invitations, please email me at lbacani@cisco.com, and I will look into it.  Please include your CCO ID, and the list(s) to which you are subscribed.

@Lisa Bacani the Partner Self Service page just keeps opening with a "HTTP ERROR 400" message.

I'm able to access various Partner portals ie Partner Hub.

@Edward Lau:  I was just able to access Partner Self Service (http://www.cisco.com/go/pss) with my partner login credentials.  Are you still experiencing problems?  You may want to contact support.  Or the partner relationship team:
