Recover my Access Method

Hi,
I have linked my WHM account with my Due but do to some urgent I have formated my Android and therefore I couldn’t access my WHM.

Could anyone help my how can I access my WHM again.

Hi @bluelinessa,

Are you an end-user of the WHM account, or are you the administrator?

If you are the end-user and someone else manages your WHM login, please contact that administrator for help.

If you are the WHM and Duo administrator, you can try logging into the Duo Admin Panel at https://admin.duosecurity.com and use SMS or a phone call to complete 2FA. Then once logged in, you can reactivate Duo Push for your admin account and then also reactivate your WHM end-user account.
