We are not receiving the fraud/lockout emails from no-reply@duosecurity.com.
We used to receive it but they are no longer arriving. We are still receiving the PD (pagerduty) alerts for fraud/lockouts but not the emails.
I checked this article but it didn’t help Knowledge Base | Duo Security
