Hi, I would like to set up the Device Management Portal. Is there a more detailed guide on how to set this up without having to be a web developer?

We do have documentation for the Device Management Portal at Duo Device Management Portal for End Users | Duo Security, but as noted on that page, we do recommend familiarity with your web application’s programming language and authentication process in order to successfully implement the DMP.

If you have questions about a specific programming language implementation, you could feel free to create a new post here and see if there are community members able to assist.

For administrators looking for device management options without custom development, we typically recommend the Self-Service Portal instead.
